The seminar covered all aspects of listing and selling commercial real estate, business opportunities and leasing in the Florida Keys. The presenters included Brian Schmitt, Broker; Lynn Conrad, Brand Ambassador for Coldwell Banker; Michael Touchton, Florida Keys Appraisal Co., Inc.; Jeff Smith, Senior Vice President, First State Bank and Thomas D. Wright, Law Offices of Thomas D. Wright. Topics included: marketing tools and technology, commercial contracts and leasing, commercial appraisals and lending.
